- I am a production artist and matte painter for the film industry. I really enjoy my work and am currently working on Roland Emmerichs "2012". I love films, especially horror and sci-fi and will be discussing them frequently on this blog along with music, anything Disney and visual effects. I have been in the film business since I was 17 so I guess that makes it over 20 years (phew!) doing everything from special effects to props and miniatures and now digital visual effects and production art.
